Job Overview
Under close guidance or supervision, provides assistance in financial and transactional accounting analysis for business and strategic plans, budget and forecast process.
Essential Functions
- Provides assistance in financial analysis for business and strategic plans, budget and forecast process.
- Performs ad hoc duties and general finance administration as required by managers.
- Assists in preparation of financial reports.
- Proactively maintains financial reporting systems and assists with the data collection and/or consolidation process.
- Solves basic problems by liaising with appropriate operational and financial personnel.
- May have audit and accounting exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
- Two (2) years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Must be IT literate, preferably with experience of financial reporting or accounting packages.
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
- Works well under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively at management level.
