Job Overview

Under close guidance or supervision, provides assistance in financial and transactional accounting analysis for business and strategic plans, budget and forecast process. 

Essential Functions 

  • Provides assistance in financial analysis for business and strategic plans, budget and forecast process. 
  • Performs ad hoc duties and general finance administration as required by managers. 
  • Assists in preparation of financial reports. 
  • Proactively maintains financial reporting systems and assists with the data collection and/or consolidation process. 
  • Solves basic problems by liaising with appropriate operational and financial personnel. 
  • May have audit and accounting exposure. 


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Accounting/Finance 
  • Two (2) years of experience in financial planning and analysis. 
  • Must be IT literate, preferably with experience of financial reporting or accounting packages. 
  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters. 
  • Works well under pressure. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at management level.
