Role Overview
The Senior Concierge Corporate Travel Associate is responsible for managing global travel arrangements, crafting high-touch itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for IQVIA and non-IQVIA employees. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, industry expertise, and a passion for travel and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination & Itinerary Planning
• Arrange global travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Structure seamless travel itineraries incorporating restaurant bookings, curated experiences, and activities.
• Communicate with attendees to gather travel preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend travel options aligned with client preferences and budgets.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and financial guidelines.

Client & Customer Service
• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Provide detailed travel itineraries and ongoing support throughout the journey.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients at every stage.
• Engage with customers and suppliers via phone, email, video call, in-person meetings, or chat.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure high-touch, tailored service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations.

Problem Solving & Compliance
• Efficiently manage travel-related issues, including rebooking, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to address travel disruptions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and new venue openings.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Operational & Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate records of travel costs and expense tracking.
• Manage a database of preferred venues and vendor contacts.
• Work autonomously with a self-motivated and resourceful approach.
• Confidently interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain a deep understanding of key products, services, and unique selling points.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
• Experience in corporate travel management or concierge services.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (second language preferred).
• Strong proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport/Galileo).
• Ability to efficiently handle travel-related issues and emergencies.
• Exceptional communication and IT skills.
• Hybrid role requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Preferred:
• Experience in meetings & events (cross-training available).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical travel compliance.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools (Concur preferred).
• Background in concierge or VIP services.

Additional Information:
This role may involve travel for onsite travel event coordination.
Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate event schedules.
Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential.
