We need a talented, passionate and driven video production specialist to join our multidisciplinary team licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists to help Next STEPS make a positive impact across the globe in 2024.
Headquartered in McKinney, Next STEPS currently has 27 locations across Texas with more locations in various cities opening soon.
We are currently looking for a Video Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal team member will be driven, willing, and professional so they foster smooth daily business operations and assist with office productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create marketing strategies and social media content for all services offered by Next STEPS Worldwide
Produce and market weekly podcasts
Conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish
Coordinate all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing and post-production (2 podcasts currently in production)
Direct on-camera talent and crew members during shooting
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Ensure all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production or related field - Preferred
3-5 years’ professional experience in video production and podcasts
Proficient in video editing software
Knowledge of camera lighting and equipment
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
MUST be able to manage social media content creation and scheduling
This role requires that the individual is a self-starter and can work in a professional office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $54,000.00 per year
