Job Purpose

The Role of a Process Manager has the operational end
to end project responsibility for all assigned supply activities at the pilot
plant solids WKL-405. Leads and manages all project and local network
activities and is a core participant in cross functional teams

Main Activities

* Coordinates all relevant stakeholders and activities
in course of assigned projects

* Strong partner in development project team, to align
project and pilot plant affairs and contributes as its representative

* End to end on site responsibility for assigned
projects to ensure that individual and team deliverables are in quality and on
time delivered (e.g Documents, Material, Training etc.)

* Strong focus on continues improvement

* Strong collaboration with planning team, to align
project needs and pilot plant resources

* Acts as an indirect leader for projects team members
like shop floor associates,


Documentation Specialist etc.

* Deviation, CAPA and Change Control management

* Strong support on internal and external audits,
acting as a subject matter expert

* Interpret results, evaluate data, draw conclusions

* Support culture evaluation within own function by
showing positive work ethics and influencing team members

Ideal Background

Education:

Advanced degree in scientific or relevant discipline
(eg. biology, pharmacy, chemistry) (B.Sc. or equivalent)

Languages:

Fluent in German and English (oral written)

Professional Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GMP
environment
