Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for all Novartis companies and ensure robust sourcing and talent attraction strategies for the areas in your scope. You will work across multiple geographies and will have the opportunity to manage x-divisional and x-team initiatives that will lead to improved hiring managers candidates’ experience with a shared vision of impacting the quality of patients’ lives.
You will act as Novartis Employer Brand ambassador to the external market by responsibly dealing with candidates, vendors and external associates while showcasing Novartis Values and Behaviors to the core.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage and drive appropriate sourcing, assessment, selection and pre-onboarding strategies for the client group supported by the role on EMEA level
  • Develop overall hiring strategy for open assigned headcounts, Manage major recruitment campaigns, confidential and business critical projects related to Talent Acquisition global strategy
  • Work on process optimization and proactively presents solutions
  • Act internally as Talent Acquisition ambassador creating a link between domains and functions; represents TA in front of internal clients as required, Act as Novartis Employer Brand ambassador to external market by responsibly dealing with candidates, vendors and external associates while showcasing Novartis Values and Behaviors to the core
  • Render business consulting by providing effective staffing solutions in the internal business context as well as external talent / market landscape
  • Provide effective staffing solutions keeping in mind internal business context as well as external talent/ market landscape
  • Accountable for the overall recruitment process to ensure recruitment delivery of the open position for client groups
  • Support the TA teams in implementing the defined sourcing strategy to attract right talent for the roles. Focus on direct sourcing and reducing agency spend thus resulting in effective cost per hire
  • Ensure best in class hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Adherence to relevant labor and employment law as well as to Novartis HR and TA policies and guidelines
What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Relevant experience in end to end recruitment in agency/ consulting and/or in-house recruitment environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Hungarian orEnglish and Romanian
    , additional European language advantage
  • X-country, x-functional collaboration experience and ability to manage stakeholders at senior leadership level
  • Demonstrated strong process ownership and accountability for the end to process, Demonstrated proficiency in understanding organization culture and ability to establish relationships both externally and internally
  • Proven ability to deliver results through collaboration with peers and extended teams
Desirable requirements:
  • Experience / Certification in Project Management would be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in pharma/healthcare desired
