Business Analyst

Our client’s mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Drivers to merchant partners to consumers. They are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery and are looking for team members who can help take them from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.
Their cross-functional team is very data-driven. They use data for everything from pitching to merchants, to making ship decisions, to deciding what the next half's roadmap should be. They are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will focus on Marketing for our Ads + Promotions team. Projects will involve measuring marketing and comarketing campaigns for our merchant and CPG partners, including onsite media, offsite media, and promotions:
* Work with business partners and stakeholders to understand data/reporting requirements.
* Work with engineering, product teams and 3rd parties to collect required data
* Build, update, & productionize dashboards & ETLs
* Develop and implement data quality checks, conduct QA and implement monitoring routines.
* Provide descriptive analysis and sizing
The skills we are looking for:
* Strong/Advanced SQL. Fast and detail oriented. Able to catch small bugs.
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage an intake sheet and manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proactive. Should communicate out if priorities change or if they are blocked.
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $75 – $85/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
