Location:   Remote USA 

Shifts:  4 shifts available (Mon - Fri 10a - 4p OR 4p - 10p EST.... Wed - Sun 10a - 4p OR 4p - 10p EST)

Contract Duration:  2 – 3 months (with potential extension)

Contract Type:   W2 through Staffing Supplier

Pay Rate:   $20 - $22/hr

 

About this Role- 

Our client is enhancing its new verticals consumer experience. You will be joining a small team responsible for ensuring that we are able to fulfill customer orders in full to the best of our ability. This role is focused on Live Operations and will include proactive reach out to customers to confirm order preferences and details. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and organizational skills. You will be ensuring that our client provides an exceptional service experience by going above and beyond to guarantee customers receive what they ordered. 

 

This will be a 30 hour/week remote role covering EST.

We’re excited about you because… 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of work experience 
  • You have 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role in technology, hospitality or grocery & convenience 
  • You are a highly motivated individual that can work independently 
  • You are a natural problem solver, willing to triage problems that may not have a pre-defined solution 
  • You can speak fluent English and have above average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM). 
  • You have effective written communication skills--including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using our client’s brand voice and tone 
  • You are above average in technological fluency - and are especially comfortable with Google Sheets 
  • Bonus points for... Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Previous experience in grocery & convenience
