Enterprise Account Management D2

Location: NYC – Onsite Preferred 

Duration: 2 months

Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier

Pay Rate: $80-$85/HR 

Onboarding new locations (creating bulk upload sheets, work orders in salesforce, working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation, submitting catalog/menu build tickets) 

•    Supporting team on inbounds related to menu and catalog and submitting relevant tickets to resolve 

•    Supporting team on monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants

•    Managing all Jira/ticket management 

•    catalog, integrations, analytics, data eng, etc. 

•    Weekly reporting emails and ad hoc reporting requests 

•    Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues
