Junior Operations Associate – Driver Management
Location: Remote US Employment

Job Overview
The Junior Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our large order driver network. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating drivers, as well as optimizing logistics to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Driver Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and recruit new drivers to meet business demands.
- Assist in conducting interviews and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure all drivers meet standards and compliance requirements.
- Daily Logistics & Operations Management: Monitor driver schedules, availability, and assignments to optimize efficiency.
- Address and resolve driver-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain real-time tracking and reporting of driver performance and operational metrics.
- Coordination & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for driver inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance driver logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or driver management (internships included).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operations management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
