About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative CPG co-marketing programs that fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both CPG partners goals and our goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partner’s business forward and serves our audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships. You will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-marketing team within our Ads Marketing organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and highest profile consumer packaged goods brands
- Build integrated marketing programs in collaboration with Sales that drive against CPG partner goals and support our emerging Ads business
- Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns end-to-end from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
- Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of Sales, Marketing including Creative, Media and Operations Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal and external calendars and status documents for cross functional and merchant partner reference
- Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: intake forms, briefs, planning documents, etc.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance and create regular internal and partner-facing campaign performance read-outs
- Perform weekly and monthly spend accruals, and publish budget vs. actuals - assist in spend analysis and expense pacing
- Work closely with internal marketing teams to integrate CPG partners into our own brand and media campaigns
- Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 6+ years’ experience in Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency
- Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
- Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time
- A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
- A strong creative mind and attention to detail
- Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $55 – $65/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
