Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a detail oriented, highly motivated individual to help us execute engaging and innovative marketing campaigns that fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Partnership Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales teams to support marketing programs and campaigns to promote and celebrate our unique relationships with CPG partners and merchants. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation and loyalty across all audiences. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of CPG and Enterprise Ads & Promotions campaigns, including promotion and in-app banner set up, creation of marketing assets, campaign performance reporting and more. What you’ll do:
● Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on execution of CPG and merchant marketing campaigns
● Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal calendars and status documents for cross functional reference
● Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of creative, media, operations and product
● Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and create regular internal and partner-facing reports

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher
● 1-3 years’ experience as brand or performance marketer in an advertising agency, consumer brand or tech company
● Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
● Creative sense and good design taste
● Strong organization and communication skills
Nice to have:
● Previous CPG brand experience
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $40 – $45/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
