Location:   Remote USA

As a Merchant Services Catalog Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing merchant inventory catalogs by working directly within our tools and Google Sheets. 

 

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

 Catalog Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-quality catalogs that accurately reflect merchant inventory, ensuring they are detailed and up-to-date. 

 Attention to Detail: Exhibit a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all catalog entries. 

 Proficiency in Tools: Utilize Google Sheets proficiently to manage and organize catalog data. Moderate knowledge of Jira and Mode is beneficial for tracking and reporting purposes. 

 Adaptability and Positive Attitude: Maintain an upbeat and adaptable approach to work, embracing changes in processes with ease and positivity. 

 Independent Task Management: Independently manage tasks through a ticketing system, addressing merchant expansions and updates efficiently to support merchant success and enhance customer shopability. 

 Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. 

 Quick Learning: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and systems.
