Onsite Picker - Delivery Coordinator

On-Site Delivery Coordinator/Picker 

Location: Restaurant Depot in Cranston, RI 

Shift (Opening #1): Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday 7am to 4pm

Shift (Opening #2):  Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Sunday 9 am to 2 pm 

Contract Duration:  3 months

Contract Type:  W2 through Staffing Supplier

Pay Rate:  $16 - $18/hr

***This role requires that candidates have a personal iPhone for scanning.  iPhone will not be provided by the client.

Job Description: 

•    Greet drivers & escort them through the store on the best path to find the requested items. 

•    Ensure all items are picked as requested by the customer. 

•    Support drivers with delivery issues (e.g. customer cancels the order, red card declines at checkout, etc.) 

•    Scan inventory in-store to ensure we have an accurate picture of in/out of stock items. 

•    Support with ad-hoc tasks e.g. photographing items. 

•    Records numbers, codes or other information. 

•    May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks. 

•    Pending volume / operational complexity, may serve as the designated “picker” for all of the ordered inventory. Picker would source all of the items - Drivers would simply come pick up the order.
