Sr. Associate, Driver Retention Marketing

Our client’s Retention Marketing team’s mission is to make Driving the best way to earn in the gig space while improving quality for Merchants and Consumers across their platform. Projects focus on improving the Driver experience through education, incentives and affordable access to gear that enable them to maximize their earnings. The team is composed of people from different professional backgrounds collaborating to test and scale marketing, operational, and product solutions to these challenges.
About the Role
In this role, you will own communications and programs to improve Driver quality and supply for growing adoption and usage of our financial product designed just for them. You will manage the Driver lifecycle using email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. You will support experiments that leverage these communications channels. You will work on a highly cross-functional and collaborative team of marketers, operators, and product experts.

- Develop, test, and implement CRM strategies to improve financial product adoption, usage, and retention.
- Create CRM automations and execute on an A/B testing roadmap (layout, format, frequency, cadence, creative, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns. Includes managing an asset tracker, driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, coordinating legal and partner reviews, identifying target audience segments, sizing and tracking experiments, procuring and implementing translations, and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations, partnering with engineering to ensure dynamic events and data are properly routed to our CRM platform
- Collaborate with Logistics, Growth, Analytics, Legal, Product and Product Marketing teams to craft programs that will improve the Driver experience
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports
We’re excited about you because you have…
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth overall; 2+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing
- Experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems; Experience with Braze is a plus
- Strong analytical skills; able to create and analyze data-driven marketing campaigns end to end
- A record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.
- Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
- An ability to excel in fast-paced, complex workstreams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $65 – $70/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
