Direct Deposit - Employees may have their pay deposited directly into their checking or savings accounts. We also provide a 24/7 payroll hotline for employees to inquire on their most recent payroll activity.

Payroll Card program - Offers employees a convenient way to get paid using a prepaid Money Network card that is accepted by merchants, banks, and automatic teller machines (ATMs) displaying the Visa logo. It can also be used to make online purchases or to pay bills electronically. Once activated, an employee’s pay is automatically deposited onto the payroll card account every payday.

Free Skills Enhancement and Training - Through the Kelly Learning Center employees are encouraged to take advantage of our training programs to improve their skills and maximize their assignment opportunities. More than 6,000 courses and 55,000 eBooks and publications are available.

Toll-free automation hotline - We provide toll-free hotline support Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST. The hotline staff answers employee questions and helps to troubleshoot software and hardware problems they encounter during assignments.

MyKelly.com - An exclusive online employee community: Employees have access to a dedicated employee portal for information on all things Kelly, including online timekeeping, Kelly policies, job opportunities, and access to employee discounts, to name a few.
